GEM Service is searching for a detail-oriented technical person to join our team and support the field quoting process. This position will support all 91茄子 office locations. NOTE: The person hired into this role can be located in any of our RLG office locations.
鈥� Work with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing.
鈥� Utilize quoting software to create field quotes for needed repairs.
鈥� Deliver accurate and prompt quotes to customers.
鈥� Communicate with field technicians and customers during quoting process.
鈥� Follow up on pending field quotes.
鈥� Follow up on completed field quotes.
鈥� Strong attention to detail.
鈥� Organized and have the ability to multitask.
鈥� Ability to work well and contribute to a team environment.
鈥� Strong interpersonal skills.
鈥� HVAC Field Experience a plus.
